.... The Black Adder one.

Black Adder fr those not in the know is a snarky well bastard, but in the christmas Carol he's oppersite. He's nice to everyone, as the ghosts visits him he gets shown his ancesters and showing clips from past programs.

I love the future scean where Black Adder takes over the universe. It's bloody funny.

Are there any classic holiday movies or TV shows that you look forward to watching year after year? What are your all-time favorites? Are there any you simply can't stand?

Do you tend to get nostalgic during the holidays? Depressed? Giddy? How do the winter holidays make you feel?

Depressed I guess. Not major depressed like I'm going to cut my wrists or anything, but meh. On one count I feel a little loanly because all my friends have familys, also my dad died pretty close to Christmas so now a lot of Christmas songs remind me of him being really ill. R.I.P Dad I miss you. I rather just get it over with and most people seem not to care about what Christmas stands for, parents going into dept so they can buy there children really expensive gifts. Blah I don't look forward to much to Christmas anymore.

Was there a significant event in your life that helped define who you and caused you to re-evaluate your priorities?

I don't think there was significant event rather small events that I can't put my finger on. I know in the past there's been times I wished I didn't have a speech problem but I think in a way that defines who I am. For one I'm almost empathic to other people's feelings and I'm more then a little awear that you words can cut deeply. I guess from a early age I learnt because of learning problems and such that I would never fit in with the norm, I'm going to admit I used to try but at some point I thought screw it and now I'm more true to myself then what I think most people are. I don't really care what most people think of me and I think this comes from always being classed as the werid, strange one, so yeah.

Do you long for snow during the winter holidays? Would you prefer to spend your holidays in the tropics or in a winter wonderland?

Snow always looks pretty untill it goes all mussy and dirty then turns to ice and you slip on it. Thinking about it snow sucks, I would love to go somewhere hot. My Niece is in auestraila and she sent me photo's of her on the beach. I wish tha was me, it's soooo cold.

It's often said that the simple things in life are the most precious. What small pleasures make you the happiest?

Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! In September I committed genocide... Sorry about that, [info]drinkupsweetie (-5000 points). In July I bought porn for [info]christinalp (10 points). In April I got in line at the supermarket at the same time as someone else and I didn't yield (-8 points). In January I signed my organ donor card (28 points). Last month I put money in [info]wabu175's expired parking meter (14 points). Overall, I've been naughty (-4956 points). For Christmas I deserve a moldy sandwich!

Have you ever walked off a job on the spot? What drove you to it? Did you regret it afterwards?

What is the most emotionally challenging aspect of the holidays for you? Do you enjoy this season more or less than you did as a child?

View 812 Answers

I enjoyed chirstmas more when I was kid. Who didn't? I used to get loads of toys and shit, and then my Nan used to knit me these aweful jumpers, and those mittins on string that the bullies used to pull so you hit your self in the face. And when I was really young we didn't have a video recorder so I used to look forward to watching the wizard of oz because that was on every year, but then my Nan would make me watch the Queens speech, that was boring.

I used to love how I got to stop up the night before after Nine, and put out a mince pie and a glass of cherry for santa. It was always more exciting when you beleaved in Santa, even though I was worried about my best friend who lived in a council flat, we was always told Santa came down the cinmy and she didn't have one. My mum told me Santa had a key that could get into any house.

Now I pretty much only get christmas day off and thats it. Christmas day is hard work and there always seems to be a family fight and I found out that Santa isn't really. That was last night so damn Christmas will be sad this year. On the plus side the Doctor Who christmas speacel is on. Woot

If cryogenics became a real, affordable option (i.e., if you could freeze your body until aging and illnesses were better understood), would you consider it? If so, do you fear you'd miss out on the wisdom that comes with growing old and dying?

View 613 Answers

No I wouldn't want to be frozen. For one I might be brought back hundreds of years later where socity as totally changed, I mean look at socity a hundred years ago and I knew that seems a long time ago but in the time line of humans it's a pretty sort time. Only in the 1970s it was still exceptible to have racist, homophobic and sexist comerdys on tv. And people from my grand ma generation still call asian people and aferican's darkys. My grandma once told me how it was the shock of the town because one of her friends dated a "Black". You proberly wondering where I'm going with this, well today most people don't blink a eye at inter racial relationships, or people saying there gay. Weastern socity as totally changed so imagain how much it would have changed in another hundread years, would you really fit in.

Then of course there's the beleave that you're soul leaves your body. I don't know if I beleave this or not but imagain coming back with no soul. Of course I don't know what a soul does but I like to beleave it tells us whats right and wrong, even most children from a very early age know the basics of right and wrong.

Would we come back not us at all, rather like some zombie with no feelings. I don't want to take this into the sci-fi relm but really could it happen? Either way I wouldn't want to risk it.

Is there any character from a novel or film that serves as a role model to you? What kind of advice do you think she or he would give you regarding any major issues you're facing right now?

Lestat all the way. He would probely tell me to bite people face's off, and even though I'm tempted it would be very productive.
